Those? I do those by hand, using delicious copypasta. I have a unicode-formatted file filled with crap like that. The letters are fairly easy to make, being a 5x5 matrix, and I do them on the fly as I need.
My source characters are taken from the
Lucida Console (unicode) set. Lotsa good stuff in that character set!
