workout split

hay guys, how's this split:

monday: chest(flat bench)/bi/tri
tuesday: legs(squat)/shoulders
wednesday: off
thursday: chest(incline db press)/bi/tri
friday: legs(deadlift)/back
sat+sun: off

If your doing a split (which studies show isnt the best) you shouldnt do your biceps on your chest, tuesday is fine, wednesday is fine, thursday, you shouldnt be doing your bi again, friday needs tweaking.  Monday should be Chest/Triceps/Shoulders, Tuesday should be Legs(muscle of choice), thurday should be biceps/back, and friday should be legs/(muscle of choice) since your only working out 4 days a week.

i guess the way i presented it is actually very innaccurate.. actual bicep work on monday/thursday is somewhat minimal, just reverse curls. Most of the bicep work for the week comes from the back day using a lot of bicep and the pullup portion of a very crossfit-style warmup of dips/pullups/situps/squats
