Before I provide any photographic revelation of my quality lingam, what's your specification of "smallest"?  Length?  Width?  Width  ratio of helmet to shaft?  Be specific.

well i guess mostly length but if you got a funny lookin pencil dick that is really long but skinny go ahead with the photos helmet to shaft ratio is unimportant unles the helmet is twice the width or half the width.

Well, I dunno about that.  I have a penis of modest length -- nothing to be ashamed about.  But the H2S ratio is so huge that people have called it a "hammerhead shark".  The fins helped cement the image, too, but the doctors tell me they are just flaps of skin and only give that impression, albeit a strong one.

I'm unsure about posting a pic of such an aberration of nature, since I could instead seek circus employ and at least make some money on the deal.
