Do they taste anything alike? Or is the taste entirely different?

Depends completly upon how long each of the organs have been dead for.  I would imagine a slow licking of a green, rotting love slit is far superior to sucking on a sloppy bloated flesh flute.  I guess it's really up to preference though.  Just remember that the dead are just happy to have the company.
