I thought I would catch more than one, but essentially the point is to piss someone off intentionally so as to show you control them. You can be arrogant, or condescending, or even make direct threats like FUCK YOU and so forth. Because 4chan is filled with veterans used to battling trolls, you have to be much more subtle, as I tried to be here.
