Canadian Legal Question.

I have a quick question for any Canadian law students out there.  If I quit a job and an employer owes me back pay how long do they have to present those funds to me?  From what I've looked up they have 7 days or my next pay period to get the funds to me but Im not sure if there are any twists to it.

I'm pretty sure by the time your next paycheck is supposed to reach you is correct.
