Why Do I find Pregnant Women Attractive?

Whenever I see pregnant women, 9 times out of 10 I find them really attractive? What is it? I'm sure that if they weren't pregnant I'd still look at them and think they're pretty tidy, but not with the same, er, shall we say gusto?
