Girls With Money and Girls Without?

I go to a private university and girls are all around easy, but it's how you treat them that makes the difference. I have noticed that girls who are here on scholarships, have no car, not much money, tend to be easy if you treat them nice, take them out to eat, basically give them stuff they don't have. Then there's the rich girls who drive way nicer cars than me, and can afford anything they want. I've noticed that the only way you can get with them is by getting them drunk or becoming their boyfriend.
Have you guys noticed any differences? How can one take advantage of this situation?
