suicidal thoughts

They hit me hard all of a sudden out of NOwhere about half an hour ago. So, I talked to someone I hadn't talked to in a long time and tried to 'catch up' to distract myself.
Please give me some more ideas on what to do.

The only word that matters in a persons life is....ready for it, kids?...ACTION! Nothing changes if nothing changes, and coincidentally, nothing can change unless an action is taken. This includes your situation, opportunities, and your perspective on life.
I've always thought the most useless word in the world is "potential". It means nothing in itself. It means there's a chance that something is there, but, in the end, whatever is there can't be released without some ACTION.

I'm done giving advice now. I'm gonna go back to picking on RedCream...
