Real dirty between my legs

I take a bath everyday like normal people but i remembered a while ago when i didn't take a bath everyday b/c i was real lazy. I noticed that when i spread my legs, to the left of my penis... not sure whats the term for it... is sort of dirty and black. I tried to use soap to wash it over and over but it doesn't seem to wash off. It sort of looks like a bruise or something to that affect but it really isn't.

Does anyone know what i can do ? I remembered that I didn't wash that part much when i was younger and now it seems to stay like this. Do i need a real good soap or some thing else ?

Willy dirt. Sorry dude but you want a quick clean (2-3 weeks) then use alcohol based cleaner.

Want faster? Call a plastic surgeon but then it'll take week to heal anyway.
