at the gym

i see a lot of hot women at the gym, and i'm careful about making sure they don't catch me staring at them...that'll just creep them out i imagine. i'm pretty reserved when it comes to that, though i must admit i check them out a good bit when they're not looking. there are a couple whom i've caught looking at me before, but i doubt they're checking me out in a sexual way when there are bigger, more ripped guys who walk about the gym with confidence, show social proof by working out with and knowing other guys like them, etc..

thing is that it's really frustrating to see these women wearing their tights and all that, looking all good, and rather trying to strike up some kind of conversation, I just go home when I'm done with my workout without saying a word, and just think about these women when masturbating later that evening. This has been my usual groove so to speak since I was a kid, and I'm pretty tired of it. Is it even a good idea to talk to chicks at a gym? I know better than to interrupt when they're working out, I'm talking about when they might be hanging around between exercises, at the water fountain, etc.. I'm getting tired of just masturbating to thoughts of these hot women, but it's all I've got to work with.
