I heard there was a plan by some 2ch-ers, some chinese and some russians to have a meeting between *channers of different nationalities. On the net, I presume. On the 3rd, i.e. yesterday.

Did something happen? Was it on the net, or were they planning to actually have people come together from around the world on a week's notice?
