I'm white. I grew up in an all black/hispanic neighborhood. From my experiences there, I can tell you, the reason is because whitey was brainwashed by the white man himself (a woman couldn't possibly do this) into thinking he or she is to blame for all the minority's problems in the world (ie: poverty, crime, drugs, etc).
The truth is the White Man did this to his people in order to gain brownie points from the black man so he could get into an Position of Power (ie: President Kennedy).
