Is this the 4chan everyone talks about? Seems like crap to me, completely un-navigatable.

How is it un-navigatable?  The layout is certainly different from typical sites and takes getting used to.  Are you completely new to chans or something?  Hope you realized that 4chan is for hentai ^_^

The layout reminds me of those pages registered for commercials. No logo and a really simple menu. :p

I'm guessing it is minimalist for a reason, like maybe bandwidth concerns.  If you think it is hard to navigate you might be able to make a friendly suggestion on how to improve it, but don't count on a warm reception.

4chan is not for hentai, animefag.
