No, but if you called a black person a nigger in public and you didn't know them..And they heard of you say, you'll probably get your ass beat. Unless you shot them with a gun..in which case..Your going to prison for murdering someone, and hell..Wait..If you called them a nigger your probably already racist..Therefore 1 way ticket to hell anyway.
