Insomnia

I've been awake for over two and a half days and I'm unable to fall asleep even though I've been trying pretty hard, 'cause I'm really exhausted. I have absolutely no energy and cannot function this way. I need to fucking sleep! What can I do to help resolve this problem? I'm already taking Melatonin and I've tried other natural sedatives but they haven't made much of an impact on me as of yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
