Violence in video games

i have to present a speech and i was wondering why people think that video games are the primary source of demoralization and hate crimes.
if you do not think that video games make people violent, can you please give me a few reasons why you believe they are not violent.?

bingo. but i'm not blaming 1 thing unlike the bandwagon freaks but more a combination of general malaise and decadence in society the world over.

gamers are too busy getting to the next level to worry about killing some tard down the street.

guaranteed if i ever crack and go on a massacre i'll be blaming reality tv shows instead of games...
