I took sips from a cup of coffee and swallowed some air along with it. Eventually I needed to burp, but I did so at the same time I took a sip. The coffee foamed up and I breathed it in causing me to choke cutting my burp short. Some air was still on it's way up however and I burped just as I was breathing in to choke again, this sudden change in pressure triggerred hiccups. The disrupted chokes caused some liquid to tickle the back of my throat considerably enough to make me want to clear my throat considerring the situation. Doing this released the rest of the gas from my stomach and the breathing in preceeding my intention to lear my throat permitted me to choke a little more. This was all timed precisely with a hiccup.
The resulting noise was indescribable and I doubt I shall ever hear it again in my life time.
