I've been studying for this fucking exam for the past 5 weeks and I haven't had any human contact whatsoever. This fat fuck upstairs keeps walking back and forth across his apartment and he's so fucking fat it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. And my hair is annoying the hell out of me for some reason, so I tied it up into four spiky pony tail like things on top of my head. I look like a freak. And to top it off, I'm not prepared at all for this insane exam. I'm fucked if I don't do well. I need probably 2 more weeks of study time, but my exam is on monday. Fuck. Life sucks. I think I'd rather be moot right now.

I know someone who has the same situation as you. It's gonna be okay, they brought him to a psycologist and put him on some pills, and he got better quickly and he was happy.
he died 2 days later.

I read a little of your "Deer Diary" thread. I have some of the problems you do - I'm on Paxil for anxiety (irritability and temper, mostly) and I've been through withdrawal several times(mine usually happens after forgetting to take it for only a couple days!). Often, being frustrated makes you more frustrated. If you're still in the withdrawal phase or just really irritable that day, try to step outside of your mind, literally imagine what you would say to another person in your situation. For example, "I'm very frustrated and stressed out right now, and I need to be calm in order to make the best of my predicament."
List out the things you're frustrated with, and sort them out into "Things I Can Fix", "Things I Can Deal With", and "Things I Can Ignore". From your entry, I would say you can fix not having human contact, by calling up your sister or going out on campus for a little while. You can deal with your hair, by keeping it up like it is, and you can ignore the person above you and the way you look. Ignoring things is the hardest, and fixing things is also hard. Give yourself a reward for doing something in a list!
If you want, consider buying or having your sister buy "Mind Over Mood: Changing The Way You Feel By Changing The Way You Think". Ask your psych about it, it is a really great book to go through.

Just accept the fact that there is no point to life, and emotionally distance yourself as much as possible from this world. Your misery will eventually give way to acceptance, and you'll be a stronger person. Life never gets me down anymore, because I've learned to stop caring, and to stop feeling. I just go along with the flow, and enjoy the ride.
