Question about torrents

If you're downloading a torrent, lets say a 3 gb torrent does that mean you can't be downloading another torrent at the same time?

I have a 10 mb cable connection.

definitely a virus. often virus creators will spam positive comments on torrent sites to get more people to download/spread the virus. You can never trust the comment section.
NEVER DOWNLOAD if its over 2 gb.
