Question about torrents

If you're downloading a torrent, lets say a 3 gb torrent does that mean you can't be downloading another torrent at the same time?

I have a 10 mb cable connection.

It's 3.22 because it's Silent Hill 3 on pc.

Are you sure it's a virus? the comments people made for it seemed pretty positive.
