High School Grades= Measure Intelligence

i barely work in school and i am not passing many classes even though i can do the work plus some. so what i want to know is...
can high school or any tests in high school measure the intelligence of a student?

I had to take correspondence courses in order to graduate high school, because I failed an entire semester (it helped that I was kicked out that semester).  I barely graduated with a 2.something gpa.  I never went to college.  I now own my own business and rake in enough income that I don't do shit all day except play on the internet (translation:  4chan and pr0n) and watch tv.  I party almost every night (I spend about $400-600 a week on alcohol).  Plus, I get to do the things I want to do.

High school grades are pointless.  College is pointless.  Out of the top 10 richest people (re: men [that includes Oprah]) in the US, only 2 of them graduated college (based on a 2005 statistic... may be different now).

School testing only tests a students memory, but I guess that's what knowledge is all about. Common sense cannot be taught in school though, that is something you have to develop on your own.
