I wasted all of highschool and college because of shyness, social anxiety, low confidence, at times depression....you name it. It's one of the worst things to live with, knowing that what could have been the best years of your life were completely wasted.other normal people have been enjoying love and sex while I was playing D&D pretending to be a badass barbarian.years of boredom and loneliness

Nothing wrong with being a badass barbarian.  That was a fun part of your life.  Now, do something different.  Figure out what you want to do, how to do it, then...do it.  Simple.
