I disagree.
Visual basic 6 is music more superior as for c++ that is a nice language but would take a long time to learn thus I only know Visual basic 6 and Hyper text markup language.
I tried learning perl, but as they say it was made to be easy for the program, but not easy to learn.
English because it is the standard business/world language. Chinese beacause they have the biggest population = a lot chinese speakers around and they're fast becoming a world power.
