download indie music and shit? or do they only track files like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake? I only listen to obscure shit will I get raped?

They don't go after individuals downlowding stuff, just people who provide it. And even then, usually the only thing that happens is the host deletes it from the server or whatever. Torrents win, though.
