If someone has an problem on that File Sharing site, and goes to the Support page and make an request for help.  Did you ever get an reply back and how long did it take to get one back?

I am trying to talk about is, when you submit an request for help for something and it tells you they will reply to you in 24 hours of the request.  Have they gotten back to anyone here that does submit an request?
