its not ban evasion if your modem switches ips automatically when you log online, it cant be helped =P
so in reality you can do what you want because no ban will ever last unless they ban the isp completly, for example mine is BT UK, ban this and 4chan loses most of its uk userbase

well it was my first ban in years anyway
