Suicide

My life has been steadly going down hill for 4 years now and it doesn't look like its going to get better anytime soon. I'd like to wait awhile longer just incase things do get better but I'd also like an suicide escape plan just as a last resort. I was wondering which method would you say is the quickest,painless and most convenient?

I was thinking of the old toaster in the bathtub, except I don't have a toaster.

I could hang myself I suppose, but that might hurt for a few moments before I finally expire, plus I don't know how to tie a noose.

beathing car exhaust might be the most painless, but i don't have a car either.

I figure the easiest way would be to jump off of the roof at my place of employment, I've been up there several times, its a great place for stargazing and theres a nice stretch of roof where you can get a good running leap. But the building is only 3 stories high, that doesn't seem enough to actually kill me, probably bust a whole lot of bones though.

You want a surefire way of dieing without pain, that will cost you nothing at all and involves you not requiring to learn anything at all? hmmmmm... Well jumping off a 3 story bulding will probably put you in a state where you wont be capable of killing yourself at all! So thats most certainly out... Uuum how about taking a whole load of pill, like go to you're medicine cabinet and take every pill in there and see what happens.
