I haven't gotten that far into it, you see, I live in the UK and they take forever to get the episodes. New episodes have just arrived, and then my sister and I realised that they're playing ONE EPISODE PER WEEK.
So, I'll just go by what I know now. I can tell by looking at these questions, I'm so fucked, as I am VERY indecisive. But, hellz, here we go.
I am also female, so please excuse any insane fangirling I may do. Ahem.

1. This is hard. I've been struggling with this for a while. Err.. I'm gonna have to go with Rock Lee. (Then it'd be, Iruka/Shikamaru tied 2nd, and then in no particular order because that'll take forever, Gaara, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, argh, Chouji too, and Tsunade and Gai. And everyone else also. It'd be easier to list the ones I don't like. Oh God, and Haku and Zabuza. T_T';)
2. You're killing me here. Iruka or Shikamaru. There's just not enough Iruka. If there was more of him, it might make things easier.
3. Ooh. Err.. Hrm. Trying to remember them all.. Byakugen is pretty awesome buuuuut.. I think.. I haven't seen that many. I know of quite a few because I've read about things in Naruto, but I try not to give away too much for myself.
I'm gonna have to say anything that Gaara does with his sand. I'm not sure of the actual jutsus he uses if it's even considered that, but.. if not that then just the clone technique. I'm not sure Lee's opening of the Gates is a jutsu, he unleashes chakra, but he can't control it so.. it's probably technically a jutsu.
4. Does Kisame count? xD No, uh, Kakashi's dogs. All of them. I don't know the name of the lil' one yet. T___T
5. I only know of Naruto's "Believe it!" or "dattebayo!" and Shikamaru's "How troublesome", unless Chouji's constant belching is one, or Jiraiya's pervy giggling. Not sure.

6. There are so many.. but I will go with the whole fight involving Zabuza, Haku, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi. Since it was the first bit of really incredible animation and fighting animation. I really liked it.
7. To a main character? Uhm.. henchman means it'd have to be an evil main character. Well, as far as I know there's only the people who work for Orochimaru, or you could say all of the Akatsuki, since they work for their boss.

Then there's the Aburame bug thing with Shino. AH! Kimimaro Kaguya's bone ability is a clan thing, and then theeeeere's.. Gaara's isn't a bloodline trait is it? What about his siblings?
Uhm.. Ooh, Haku's was awesome.

I mean.. I'm beginning to seriously wonder about Masashi Kishimoto (the creator for those who don't know) is putting blatant fanservice in there for the yaoi fangirls. Or if he's a little ghey himself. I mean, there's plenty of female bits in Tsunade alone, and then there's Naruto's sexy jutsu and everything, so.. I have no idea. Maybe he's just providing fanservice for ALL the fans.
Oh. How could I forget, the enormous levels of gay that emanate from Gai and Rock Lee when they're doing their overly-dramatic teacher-pupil lovefest moments?
Thing that worried me most about that is when Gai and Lee first do it, it plays the "sexy" music, that often plays when, well, sexy things are happening. Was it trying to tell us something?
