Well first, start chargin' your lazer. You must make it known that you are doing this, by shouting loudly with your mouth wide open "I'MMA CHARGIN' MAH LAZER!", next, proceed to fire your lazer, do the same as with the last step, but this time exclaim "I'MMA FIRIN' MAH LAZER!!", and then, you should shoop whoop. You may also exclaim the words "SHOOP DA WHOOP!!!" if you wish, although the lazer itself should make a similar noise to these words, making it optional.
