Error Messages!

Everytime I try to post on 4chan I get some sort of "Error: Upload Failed"

I want to join the awesomeness of 4chan, but I don't want to have to lurk.

Any suggestions or ideas on whats wrong?  I know its something simple and stupid and I'm too much of an idiot to see it.
