I'm doing a study on internet memes and modern internet culture. two memes that have attracted my interest are the "desu"'s and the "Charing mah lazer".
What does Desu mean and what does it have to do with a girl with one green eye and one red eye?
What does it mean "I'm Charging Mah Lazer" and what does it have to do with Cell from Dragon Ball Z?

I'm not sure what desu means, but it's a polite word in Japanese used occasionally at the end of a sentence.
There is an anime called Rozen Maiden where one of the dolls is called Suisei-seki. She has a tendency to put "desu" at the end of almost all her sentences. She and her sister Sousei-seki have one green eye, and one red eye. Which eye is which color is different for each of the two sisters. The forced meme of desu led to people also nicknaming Suisei-seki as Boatlights-chan, because of the similarity between her eye colors and those of boat lights. That's about all I remember off the top of my head.
It tells the story of a group of intergalactic homosexual black men from the planet "Anus". Using guns which shoot deadly rays, they proceed to eliminate females one by one from Earth, which ensures them the ecstatic gratitude of the previously oppressed male population. Gayniggers from Outer Space begins as a black-and-white film, but later turns to color. According to Lindberg, this was a "dramatic special effect" to illustrate "the world being freed from vicious women."
