The most misogynistic statement that I could think of (and, mind you, I'd disagree with it) would be:
"LET IT HENCEFORTH BE ENACTED that:
1)all women are henceforth outlawed;

Why would I disagree with the statement? Because I don't hate women, and therefore would disagree with anything like the above decree or misogyny.
