i began running track a few weeks ago. while running, i'll get small stinging feelings on the top of my feet and of my toes. i come to find out that my socks are pulling my haires when i'm running. it's kinda annoying and hurts. if i shave my feet, will i regret it later? such as it growing back twice as long, or being alot more noticablee?

I trims off my feets hairs every so often.  Makes them feel fresh.

does it take long for them to grow back?

I don't think it's very long, maybe a few weeks.  I don't even think about it much until I notice that they are all long and annoying again.

No good idea. I`m serious. I shaved all my hair on leg and feet once, because I wanted to wear a supporting bandage. Roughly the same problem as yours. The thing is: as the hair grew back, all my hair lines ignited. It sucked. So... shave it every week or let it be.

ignited? WTF  It's just hairs

Not the hair itself, the point where they come out of your skin. If the hair is still short and stiff and you rub over that part of skin with your socks or a bandage or whatever, you fuck it up.

I never have that problem with my trimmed feet hairs.  Maybe you is a sasquatch

Also, don't shave, just trim.  Use an electric hair trimmer.

Don't change these.
