I need some advice on how to be a , "peeping tom" with my neighbor. Can anyone help?

Oh yea just ya know drill a lil hole where ever u can find the best peeping hole. but only drill the hole WHEN NOBODY IS AT HOME. if neighbors ask what u are doin say u are the repair man. then at night, u go outside, and peep in the hole. and if they see u, say ur name is tom and ur peeping

and cover or plug the hole when not in use. make sure you use something which doesn't scream out "LOOK THROUGH THIS! IMMA PEEPING HOLE!" this is to ensure that your hole won't get noticed when there is light in the other room and it's dark on the other (your) side.
