slow computer

quick question, anyone else have there computer freez and than, when they restarted it windows took like 10x longer to load and the computer is so much slower. you did nothing to prevoke this to happen. any one got some sugestions on how to fix this, i mean real ones not dealet things

that would require a format, i dont realy want to go though that, i have over 250gb of things, i cant really burn it all off either, and also i cant hand the computer over to any one either for 2 reasons, i go to /b/ and mass download files, i have ofer 200000 pics and there is undoubtily something in there that is questionable, and two being that the only place locialy always rips shit that isnt bad out than puts new (but less powerfull) stuff in and resells the old parts later in there store when they are shure that you wont come back anytime soon
