slow computer

quick question, anyone else have there computer freez and than, when they restarted it windows took like 10x longer to load and the computer is so much slower. you did nothing to prevoke this to happen. any one got some sugestions on how to fix this, i mean real ones not dealet things

first of all, reinstall your OS, second open the PC and remove all the dust in there with some canned air

if this doesn't work then do as >>2 said
