I had a semi-nervous breakdown today. I started shaking uncontrollably, then was suddenly filled with rage; nearly slugged my dog for no reason but I punched a pillow instead. But I lost all my strength so it wasn't much of a punch, then I grabbed the pillow and tried ripping it apart but once again my muscles had gone limp. I fell on the floor, writhing spasmodically, still feeling really angry for no reason, then I felt an immense paranoia and I rolled over on my belly and began slugging the carpet. After this I broke down crying.

It was quite an enjoyable experience.
