Morning Showers Hurt!

If I take a shower in the morning, my whole body and especially my back have this wierd ache for hours afterwards.  Yesterday I took a morning shower and it felt like my knee fucking locked up, I bent down at my knees and was met with great resistance & pain.  Normally I'm in pretty good shape with my joints so this was a shock.  It's still a little sore today.

Anyone else have problems like this with morning showers?

Stop taking cold showers.

Something's wrong with you. I take cold showers in the morning sometimes and feel fine.

Remember to pee in the shower
