Do you ever wonder why

why is it that people always ask you 'how you doin' over and over again? I dont even know what it means and how Im supposed to answer it, My everyday reply is always "good", yet they keep on coming back asking me the same question hoping that someday I will change my answer.

Why must people do this? Imagine if everyone on 4chan started a thread with "How you doin", its ridiculous.

When I talk to people I always say something relative to the situation, if there is nothing to say or no reason to say anything I keep my mouth shut.

i always try to say hello how are you back but it usually comes out as kljhskdgmumblemumble.
