Rip in my anus....

Well this problem started about last year, I would be able to go to the toilet without much problem. But one time I would rip the skin around my anus after a large shit, causing pain and bleeding. At first it seemed like I was having a period so it was like shit, I gotta borrow my girlfriends pads.

So yeah.. up until now its been happening now and then, but this is when it's different.

I took a dump a couple of days ago, and much to my surprise I ripped it again.. But this time my ass still hurts.. Theres one part thats swollen.. And its formed something similiar to a clitoris, but I can press it in...

So it gets itchy like crazy.. What should I do B?
