Right dudes, give me your best cures for a fuked up sleeping cycle. I go to bed at roughly 6-7 am and get up around 4-5 pm and have been trying to sort it for ages, NO JOY. Srsly i have to start doing this course soon and i have to be able to get up otherwise i'll miss it all and FAIL at life at be a useless fuck up forever.

Go to a health store and buy some melatonin capsules, take one with a glass of water at around 10 pm. Use two alarms to wake up or train yourself to wake up when you tell yourself to the night before. Take a good shower. In the morning listen to internet radio or soundtrack CDs. Have breakfast. Try tea or coffee, or caffeinated mints (but not at night). After dinner go to a gym and work out, or go to an afterschool club with some physical activity. Tell yourself that 10-11 pm is too late to stay up. Try running, pushups or lifting weights in the morning or riding a bike to class.

Stress relief tea or chamomile in the morning can calm you down enough to concentrate. Energy drinks, tea and coffee work well at noon or afternoon. Buy some ginseng or herbal tea. Try some brain supplements such as ginkgo or phosphatidyl choline.
