Child porn is wrong because it exploits and scars children in a way that can never be undone; its very existence is vile. It could be watched by no one at all and it would still be horribly wrong and terrible, just because children had to suffer in its creation. Nothing can justify it.

Legally, however, sub-18 (or whatever is legal age in your nation) teens aren't considered responsible enough for any number of things, their actions key among them. So I'd say that, just as a teen is considered to lack proper judgement of how much booze they should imbide, they also are unable to grasp the repercussions posting porn of themselves for anyone to view might have on their lives. Which is probably a good moral stance to take as well instead of just a legal one, come to think of it. So I'd say yeah, camwhores are wrong. Not that legal blockades ever stopped teenage boys and girls from bumping uglies and having babies before they graduate because they were too goddamn dense to take precautions, or were never taught about precautions thanks to a really bad sex education (see states with abstinence-only programs and obnoxiously high teenage birth rates).
