So I started talking to a friend earlier today. He had just returned home from school, so I asked him how his day went. Basically the answer was, "good, overall." Then the next thing I know, he's asking me why I don't believe in God. I'd had a pretty shitty day, personally, so I wasn't really in the mood to get into it with him. I ended up answering his question anyway, that way he wouldn't think I was evading it, and he proceeded to bitch at me for not believing. I replied, "just so you know, I've had a really shitty day, and this is not helping. It's nice to know that you'd rather bitch at me for not believing in your god than ask me how the fuck my day went. It really is."
