I hate people who say "her" when referring to an anonymous person with no gender. It is supposed to be "his" okay because that is the default. If you really want to not say "his" then make up a new word or something. Just don't fuck up the english language thanks.

It is, in fact, becoming proper usage to say "her" instead of "his." Meaning, you can use either and still be proper.
