i think about 30 hours. it's really weird when you get your second wind and are just fucking UP after being awake for like a full day and then crash a while later.

I spent a few weeks in Iraq sleeping only 2 hours a day.

Sleep is the mindkiller

I don't know what kind of person is refreshed by sleep.  I hate it, feel like shit whenever I wake up.

I love to sleep.
It's a chance to lose concsiousness and feel and see weird shit legally and for free.
And it's good for you.

was laying on my couch watching a film and closed my eyes for a second then went to sleep straight away

Change the way you sleep. drink some cold water before you go to bed.
Keep some water near you so you drink some when you wake up..
Sometimes I wake up feeling like shit, and sometimes I'm all refreshed and ready to fuck like a horse.

same here, only i feel all refreshed when i havent slept enough, and feel like shit when i slept normally ( 8 hrs) or longer
