Ok, what the fuck 4chan?

Would someone mind explaining to me why it is that I can only see thumbnail images on certain boards, like /t, /gif, and /b? /a, /v,  /w, etc don't display thumbnails at all, and it's pissing me off.

You've probably, somewhere in your browsing experience, accidentally clicked "Block images from x.4chan.org" in your firefox's right click menu.  To restore the images, just right click on one of the empty placeholders, and uncheck the box next to the afforementioned setting.
