Wow, /lounge/ broke me. I used to fap at least once a day before but after I joined the old "no fapping for a week"-thread and managed to.. not fap for a week. My urge to fap SERIOUSLY decreased and went from once or twice a day to once or twice a week. Actually the last time I fapped was just because it had gone a week not because I felt like it..
