How important is sleep to you?

Seriously, I 've been wondering this lately.

I dont really see sleep as something important, Just more of something that has to be done but other people I know( My brother for example) thinks his sleep is way important for him to function normally( For him that is playing video games all day long ), I mean...I dont go to bed untill around 2-ish most of the time and then get up at 6 to get to work, I dont notice the lack of sleep after working for about an hour.

But do other people really notice it?/Fall asleep again, Or anything else?

Just wondering if its weird to not feel sleepy after only a few hours of sleep mostly.

lol. you're body will eventually run down and you WILL lose your health if you continue to lose sleep. you will be more likely to get sick because of your reduced state of health.
