Treatment for dandruff?

I'm currently using Head & Shoulders Smart ZPT, I'm wondering if there are any tips / etc any of you ppl have to clearing the dandruff >___>?

I just use soap, I laher my head with soap and rinse then brush it in the shower. You have to use cold water though or not all the soap comes out.

Oh I don't have dandruff or anything I just think shampoo is a waste of money and not manly.

This stuff called Selsun Blue worked miracles for me. Feels weird when you use it, though. Like, really cool weird. Your scalp gets all tingley and it feels like you have an IcyHot pad on your head. X3

Just keep using H&S.
The best method I found was to use not actually wash your hair HARD but to leave the H&S on your head for like 3-5mins. Try to spread it around your hair. Hope it helps... Wash at least once a day if possible.

Just a tip. Soap washes out grease. Hence it's really bad to use it on your hair because it will *thoroughly* clean all the grease out of your hair, making it real dry and brittle. Eventually you'll end up with a dry, dry scalp creating even more dandruff...vicious cycle.

I wash my hair with soap all the time and I never get dandruff. Though I have never had dandruff ever and neither has anyone in my family. I must be genetically superior.

I dunno, I know a few guys who wash their hair with soap. Perhaps it's not so bad with short hair, but with girls, your hair starts to break and fall out.

My hair gets greasy again within hours of a shower. Maybe the soap idea would be good for people like me.
